Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
we were doing the 290 dungeon, once we got to the middle square we all got dc

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. go queue for dung 290
2. get match with four other people
3. play a bit inside the dung
4. get dc

Hi STAFF_Amy, did u check the log error? It’s happening again a lot of times in the SA server. In the 290DG and ET. Got the DC twice while doing the 290. Can you plese keep us informed about this problem? It’s really sad to lose multiply and tomes every time this happens.

hi, its me again, i got this disconnecting problem today again, can you please do something about it? i lost my instance dungeon mutiply twice. if you are not gonna reply, im gonna quit the game. so much for support

I also got dced in Silute doing that run. My case was we doing the dungeon normally, we just killed all mobs in the run, all of a sudden, before we reached any boss platform, all the party was kicked out of the dungeon - straight to the entrance. We could re-enter, but no platforms to the boss were inside and even destroying the remaining crystals didnt activate the other boss.
