Happened to me last week. I just deleted user.xml and user_c.xml, verified the game integrity files via steam and it fixed. Did you tried that?

In my experience, if the skill bar is deleted, restarting the game just makes it come back.
sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t
but lately it works all the time
problem is: if the skills got wiped after loading into TBL match restarting game is not a solution and iirc this happens to ANlK only after entering TBL match
Just to be clear, after the 04/24 maintenance, the skills in the skill bar are still disappearing? Because we did put in a fix for that.
Is this happening to anyone else or just ANlK when he enters TBL? And you aren’t using any add-ons?
Happens to me when entering dungeons, occasionally.
About once in 9-12 runs?
I’m using addons, but none specifically affecting hotkeys.
Relogging fixes it.

Did exactly that last week to fix the “following shops” visual bug.
It is quite obvious I think, but doing that in TBL is not the greatest idea since this game lacks the rejoin option. And speaking about that I think it is about time to implement it, no? TBL has been out for over a year already and no signals of getting this basic feature still.
Tried everything, with addons and without. Problem persists.
Didn’t happen once today. This patch might have fixed it.
