around 1000 of those 5000 where first time offenders.
I would assume that the other 4000 where either botters, spammers or gold sellers.
I will confess I got banned

I just use the Map Addon and the EXP viewer. Still here.
I only use the monster journal tracker, seems safe. didnt get banmned
I can confirm this too. I use most of them and did not get an unfair ban 
(Except Simple Warp and Zoomy, You should not install Zoomy, it gives advantage over other players as some people say).
It seems people that got banned were those using bots with addons like cxanywhere and such that let you repair and teleport without being on cities. (The very ones that give advantage).
As long as people use fair addons that give no advantage over others, everything SHOULD be fine.
TL;DR Only those who cheated with cxanywhere and any other unfair addon that give advantage got banned (Also botters who used them)

Izoomy thing does not give advantage. There is still an insvisible boundary wherein mobs show up, and outside of that you can’t see. You can’t use mouse click putside of it either.
