White screen than not responding

Bug Description :

Played all day yesterday, woke up today and when launching the game it stops using CPU resources, gives a white screen and then stop responding without giving any errors.

Game still use 900mb of memory but no CPU.

Event viewer gives 1 error and 3 warnings.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Launch
2. White screen
3. Stop responding
4. Closes

• CPU : i5 6600
• RAM : 16gb
• Graphics Card : gtx 970
• Mainboard : asus b150 pro
• Storage : system in ssd game in hdd
• OS : windows 10
• Internet Connection : cabled 120mpbs
• Country, Region : Brazil

Step taken to solve:

• Checked integrity, downloaded 9 files still didn’t open
• Deleted addons, still crash
• Defaulted user and user_c
• Reseted computer

Windows didn’t update over night.

Solved.

Had to restart the computer several times and checked integrity 4 times in row, each time it downloaded several files ranging from 4 to 9.

Have no idea what caused the issue

sometimes it takes a while for the game to launch during a white screen owO

i wonder if that’s the case, how long did you wait? i have friend that takes about a minute for them to load on the white screen, not sure why but their connection is supposed to be better than mine

Actually went to take a shower and came back still in the white screen.

It stopped happening, god knows what happened
