White screen crash (0xc0000005 )

Standard description

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) :

Bug Description :
When starting the game,the patcher works like usual then the white screen pops up. The white screen holds for a couple of seconds before crashing without saying anything.

It does however create error logs in the tree of savior map.

Steps to reproduce the issue :
Just starting the game

System

  • CPU : intel i5 - 3450s @ 2.8 GHz
  • RAM : 8 GB dual channel
  • Graphics Card : Nvidia GTX 960 4gb
  • Storage : Samsung SSD 850 EVO || 250 GB
  • OS : Windows 10 - 64 bit
  • Internet Connection : 150 Mbps down || 20 Mbps up
  • Country, Region : Netherlands

Broad description + error log

The game just crashes before the server selection screen (when everything is white). Had this since day 1 which could be fixed by restarting my pc for some reason,but that trick stopped working. After browsing,I noticed a couple of post regarding the issue,but no solution for it has been provided for it.

Any ideas?

Note : these things didn’t fix it

  • Verifying game cache

  • Deleting the patch folder for it to reinstall files

  • Reinstalling the game 5 times

  • Disabling DEP

  • Running the game as administrator

  • Fixing registry entries

  • Restarting my pc (Normal & Shutting it off while booting it anew)

  • Updating my video drivers

  • The game is set within my nvidia configuration menu
