As in they don’t have charge or cast times. Since abilities don’t always state cast times aaaaaand there’s no longer the class change event for me to test it out in person - I have to ask here ofc.

Anything that’s not Elementalist, Rune Caster, and Onmyoji either have skills no that have cast time or they only have one that does.

No cast time Wizards :
Pyromancer, Psychokino, Sorcerer, Chronomancer, Shadowmancer and Bokor don’t have skills with cast time. Maybe Featherfoot too but I tested this class during 5 min 1 year ago so… Some classes like Psycho still have skills that deal damage over time you need to hold, but no skill with cast time. As said above other classes usually have only one skill with a cast time.
