Increases the damage of all Spear skills by 1% per attribute level
Does not include basic attacks
Does this means that it works on every skill usable with spears, like Double Slash, Pierce, Stabbing or Kunai? Or it only works for the skills restricted to spears, like Spear Throw or Dethrone?
For me, all Spear skills is very vague and incomplete, it could mean multiple things. Does any C3 goon can help me out with this?
