As the title asks, which one is better Klaipeda or Orsha? 
Tbh, If you’re asking NA in general… There are many outcomes.
I’m on the West-Coast, I was on for the first 3 hours had short queues until they added the EU Server… ended up having long queues It was fine to me it was great because of there were up to 64 Channels I think… After EU Server patch I started getting super buggy, lag even people with low ping 200- people bugged.
I started off on Klaipeda, I also made a character on Orsha prob depending where you live maybe one choice is better than the other? Orsha population is a bit smaller than Klaipeda if that’s what you wanted to know. 
( a little less laggy)
