2nd one; I have some disagreements with your skill point allocations but you can try to figure that one out.
for example?.. 
Drop 1 from Deprotected zone to safety wall. More blocks is more useful than 1 extra defense decrease. People usually get it to 3 anyways just for the attribute increase.
Max laima. Laima doesn’t reduce laima’s cd at cast unless there’s another laima out already.
Get 1 for conversion. It’s op. Drop 1 from restoration. people usually get it for sp regen anyways and hp regen is not that useful seeing you have heal. If they really need HP regen because theyre low and are going to die then that heal regen isn’t going to save them.
Also drop 1 from deprot to Cure? Whatcha think?
about deprotected zone, if you have high spr it’s very a very nice skill, and adding points to it make it last longer
Which would you sacrifice for Deprot though? Safety Zone?
safety zone has a good attribute that increase block count anyways
I’m assuming the first build is SPR paladin, not INT, but correct me if I’m wrong. Either way, there’s 0 reason to go Krivis at rank 7. It gives less damage and utility than any of the higher ranking classes you could get.
Also, Dainos is good, Aukuras is mediocre, and I agree about shifting 2 points from deprotected zone into cure and Safety zone.

This is what I’m going. Paladin is a good defense/support class. The Only problem I have is see if I should go Cleric or Plague Doctor. Cleric C2 has such good utility that it seems a waste no to get.
People say plague doctor has some mad utility, altough I can’t find good details on how the class actually works, so I would like some pointers on it too.
I’m a STR/DEX paladin with some CON. I’m trying to be an all-arounder, contributing some damage, and some support. Dievdirby isn’t my thing, so I’m actually struggling between going plague Doctor or Cleric.
Don’t split your stats like that. Either your build is SPR based or it’s STR/DEX based or it’s INT based. If you mix SPR into a STR build you’ll just do a lot less damage without getting much scaling on your SPR skills in return. Plus, by going diev and PD instead of Krivis and pardoner, you lose two major spirit scaling skills.
Your build is fine skill and class wise, just don’t put points into SPR. Should be pretty much all STR, with maybe a tiny bit of DEX to hit. (But even then you don’t need much)
But… I think SPR is important because the paladin have a lot of SPR skills. Then…

How much DEX is the ideal to hit?
Unless you want to go with a full SPR build, you shouldn’t get any SPR. It’s an all or nothing kind of thing.
You need very little DEX. I’m not sure how much. You can get pretty much all of your Accuracy from gloves.
Edit: And if you do wanna go all SPR, you need to get something other than Diev and PD, because they don’t scale with SPR. Krivis has a SPR scaling skill, Pardoner has a SPR scaling skill, Priest has a few, and Bokor has a SPR scaling skill.
But which one is more support/tanky and useful ??
I can undestand why the mix STR and SPR is not a good idea?
SPR is more supportive but less damage.
My finally question… which one is more “useful” in the High End (pve)? which paladin will be more in demand for a party?

and yea sure, after you get 70-100 con at least lol.
from what I hear, Paladins are useless since you can buy their skills and the money making classes don’t really make sense to me without account trading
