Yes its one person. However Linker C2's Spiritual Chain can make it to party buff because its shareable via it.

“Yes its one person” does not mean it is self only. Not sure how you are interpreting it that way.

EDIT: only one person can walk on it to get the buff, but that person can be anyone.

Healing Factor tile is one use. However it only gives effect to party member. Players that are not in party will not receive Healing Factor effect despite they ate the HF Tile. You can say the tile works like Monstrance, where it disappears after someone walks on it.

It’s still consistent as even though the non-party member won’t benefit from it, they will still eat it so >.<
