Well, they keep buffing us…slowly. We’ll get there in the end (I hope).
Just realized Cleave debuff is only 4 seconds. So in 4 seconds time, we are supposed to get overwhelmed with 50 crit rate and +50% damage to slash attacks? GG IMC 
Tested out the cleave debuff + cyclone combo for the +50 damage to slash attacks. I noticed that when you hit cleave to an enemy, the debuff lasts for 4 seconds only. Problem now is that cleave has an animation delay at the end of the skill; while the 4 second debuff is already at play, then you use cyclone thereafter, it also has an animation delay at the beginning of the skill.
The whole cyclone duration with the cleave debuff is good for only around 2.5 seconds.
I was thinking of doing a HL3 doppel3 build and looked alot around forums, TBH I am surprised nearly no one talks about taking corsair to fill, jolly roger is pretty good and iron hook/ keel hauling makes pvp better (besides bleed scales really high if going full str).
im a SW 1 HIGH 3 BARB 1 lv 154 at the moment, using flamini with 3 lv 5 green gems and going full str with a few con, have been able to outdps a few wugushi c2, a lot of quarrel shooter c3, im very happy with the choice i made, and altough my normal hits its around 900 to 1k damage, my crit actualy go for around 2,5k to 3k, with pardoner i can get easily way more damage.
The combo skull swing + cleave alow me to do a lot of damage on that 4 seconds of debuff and buff, and since it has 3 charges it means i can get to 12 sec debuff to just burn the enemy down, when there is a monster where i can get the crosscut + skyliner combo going im up for some realy high damage, specialy when i crit on the middle of it.
so, im very happy with the choice i made, got a lot worried for not getting pelt 1, since everyone make you think that without it you are gonna be nothing, just a piece of trash.
