Which is better as third class?

Hi everyone, I’m new to the game and my first character is a Scout.

I was going for BM>Sheriff build and I need an advice for the third class. Which is better between Assassin and Enchanter? I’ve read a lot about the two classes and I figured out that both of them gives buffs on dmg. But whitch is better? A good compromise for pve and pvp?

Enchanter is only for auto attack SR or flag build, you should use corsair if your crit rate is low, and assassin you if it is high.

Ty, I have 410 crit rate at lvl 200, is it high or low?

expected crit rate is 2500. Comfortable crit rate is 3300. Everyone’s desired crit rate is 9000.
