Quite overwhelmingly western, even the city names are European
TOS is mostly inspired from Lithuanian mythology, so I suppose it follows the European theme.

Barbarians = Outsiders or rebels during the Roman occupation. But the outfit for male is somewhat from Lithuania/Norse reference since it’s composed of animal leather & fur and some iron plating attached to the knee,s and some parts of the body mostly the limbs.

Inquisitors are Spanish
They actually started in France(the Inquisition).
While the Pears&Wheel skills are torture tools back in the medieval witch hunting era, while Malleus Maleficarum is based on a book first published in Germany.
