It really bugs me and I’d like some help with it:
Which would be better for Sc-BM-Ench-Cor AA build:
Biteregina + Velnia Monkey for poison chance & damage
OR
Rajapearl + Prison Cutter for bleeding chance & damage?
They both get stronger with STR, yes? I’m kinda going full DEX, does that mean I should use Netherbovine cards instead of Ellaganos? Is there a reason to pick one over the other?

doesn’t really matter which card combo you use.
Rajapearl just has worse damage than Biteregina, so unless you have a skill that deals more damage against bleeding enemies, you can take Biteregina for more damage against bosses.
I tested both cards when Re:build came.
Both cards tick twice within 6 seconds, the difference was that Rajapearl dealt about 300-600 dmg per tick while Biteregina dealt about 3000-7000 damage per tick.
I didn’t test how they exactly scale with weapon/attack/STR, but from that test I can say I’d prefer Biteregina in 8 of 9 cases.

So does that mean I should use Netherbovines as my green cards for STR? Or rather Ellaganos for DEX?
Only matters in pvp where poison can be cured with an antidote but bleeding can’t be cured. Most people in pvp use glass mole/chapp cards anyways.
If you go scout you should get dex instead. Some skills are scaled with dex. How they calculated? I have no idea.
