Which Build is bettter? PVP CC Rodelero!

Hey there. So far I am a Sw>Sw2>Pel>Rod . I am having a hard time choosing what build I should go for as a CC warrior in PVP arena. I know arena is not out yet , however, i know it will be eventually and I want to prepare. So far the plan was going to be this:

I was wondering would ROD3 be a better choice? Or fencer? I was planning to do fencer afterwards when rank7-10 is released, or whatever better classes come out those ranks. Should I do rod3 corsair? I really want corsair for iron hook in pvp. Iron hook will be able to disable multiple enemies (as seen in many videos) and at close range I would land a burst combo on a player (possibly Mord and Cyclone if i go dopple route, or high kick/shooting star.

I’m also getting all the knock back attributes to consistantly knockdown opponents to the floor and locking them down. (including maxing Umbo blow knockback attribute, which makes enemies literally fly xD.)

Which route should i go? I want to be relevant in PVE but be very useful in group PVP. Thoughts? Stats will be 50 str 50 con rest into dex sword/shield.

Swordsman is the worst CC char to play in pvp. Not to mention their best CC is cataphract kidnapping people.

  1. You will struggle just to reach people.
  2. When you do reach them you are likely going to take alot of damage.

in 1v1 swordsman CC can be good, since we got alot of knockdowns and stuff, but they are all short delay tactics.

If you want CC play a Con Wizard. A phycokino, linker,

There are some videos of a Rodelero c3 corsair on youtube, its not that great but it has its moments in which it could shine.
By going with peltasta and corsair players probably wouldntrefuse you going into their party but you also dont have nothing really good damage wise to help them.
On pvp the corsair circle so far is a must but you will have to be very careful with your iron hook and only use it when u’re really close to who u wanna combo on.
As for the last rank you can go Rod c3 for more dmg on your rod skills and combo, Fencer for a great dmg potential [ if u can hit and combo properly] or the one i still dont really know how well it could go : Doppel
Im really interested in Doppel as a c6 in this build because with things like montano and bash you could potentialy use Punish for great dmg, and you will also have the Restrain + Cyclone which could work [ and by using cyclone u have great chances of not getting ccd and land a better hook].
Also i dont think Double pay earn would be useful and im still doubtful on Deeds of Valor for rodeleros.
