TBH I don’t like wiz c3. Quick Cast doesn’t seem super useful since the only spell with a charge bar appears to be Meteor. I don’t know if Frost Cloud and Freezing Sphere have cast bars, but even if they did I still dont think its worth 3 ranks of Wizard. Surespell is great if you’re getting hit while casting, but if you’re getting hit while casting apart from once in a while you’re doing it wrong. Magic Missile is nice but again, 3 ranks for one spell that is just a nuke with no remarkable features?
Now if Quick Cast speeds up the casting ANIMATION by 50% that would be a whole 'nother story, but from the demo video it doesn’t seem like it does. I think if instead of Wiz > Cryo > Psy you did Wiz > Cryo c2, that would be pretty great. You’d be able to rely on freeze to cast those Ele skills without interruption and without anything moving out of the cast zone/range.
