Cool thanks was just wondering since I know holidays can be a regional thing. And to everyone getting heated seriously the question wasnât meant to be loaded and spark a riot or something. I know that Canada for instance has holidays which mimic ones in the United States because itâs about the notion of celebration together not so much in meanings.

You said Christmas is unrelated to Winter Solstice, and implying it isnât related to pagan events either. That is absolutely wrong.
Yes, Christmas is a Christian celebration but because many Christians became less religious and due to the success as popular brand, the holiday has turned to some degree into a cultural one.
So, you shouldnât be the one telling people they should learn more about Christmas.
@Mashio There are some flaws in what you said. First, the number of Christians matters the most as that establishes the need for a public holiday. In Korea Dec 25 is one.
The fusion with foreign traditions isnât evidence the date is related to one so there was no need to mention the Christmas tree.
Further, traditional events are often just that, meaning their existence itself isnât proof for widespread following or relevance, respectively. Modern festivals are also a thing, especially in Asia. For instance, celebrating Dongji isnât that popular.
Anyway, we have yet to see any event update overwrite world textures, so it isnât that much of a surprise we didnât get anything of such kind now.
Their costumes team seems to have less issues with their work so thatâs what we got.

Introducing a christmas theme is alot of work.
I donât realy like using RO as comparison, but after the game launch(Aug). Lutie(unofficial Episode2) was applied 4 months later roughly week before Chistmas, and this is counting how turbulent (k)RO was at this early point.
If IMC wanted to do it, it can be done but their âprioritiesâ[RESOLVED] says otherwise.

Iâm not a Christian. To me, Christmas is just a celebration to get something. Not that I care what I getâŚanything will do. Here IMC giving this costume sale as a present makes me unsure whether to laugh or cry. Its like the santa visited your house and asked for a present.
