I sent two tickets and nothing was done. I do not know if anything is wrong, because the only answer I got was a lie.
You answered me in my first ticket that my request for a transfer had been completed, it is not true. I opened one second ticket complaining that my transfer had not been made. You are insisting on an error and lying to your community. Please take a real step and fix what you did wrong. None of my friends are more in Orsha server, all were transferred to [SA] Silute and I will not create a new character, I have no time for that. I enjoyed the game, but if my server transfer is not made, I never put my hands on something of IMC Games again.
