After return for 2 days somehow I just notice today that all of the blue quest (side quest) is now gone.
Do I have to unlock it somehow or IMC just straight up remove it entirely?

Yes,you have to unlock them by completing the main quest up to a certain point iirc

finish the main quest 1 - 10,and take the reward,then the blue quest will open
