To OP, sorry I don’t know where this box (& the Tenet Church collection) is. I read somewhere said it’s dropped by boss but I guess you would have to forget about this box for now.

Some databases have these boxes listed as 1% drops from world bosses. If its true or not i cannot confirm.
I can be wrong, but i think thats collections from the beta that they only had in the game to test out the collection system. They then removed it to replace it with all the new collections we have on ea map today.
I remember that the Tenet Church Collection used to be in a lvl 2 chest in Veja Ravine. A chest in the same spot now have the Veja Ravine collection.
