I wonder if another monster drops this. Cuz many times I find this site not accurate.

I confirm you can get obsidians from Rusrats, but the drop rate is not very high. Got 5 out of 1800 kills.
I personally find tosbase reliable. It’s incomplete and of course there must be some mistakes but it helped me alot so far.
