Same, I didn’t get mine back either. Sent ticket, still didn’t get it back. When we spoke with the GM during the boss event, he said they would check the logs again, but still nothing 
Wild. Came back to the game and had to submit a ticket for a different issue. Saw that my previous ticket reporting that my box was gone was answered.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide your reported Paper box. Please understand that we can only restore the items of the players who were affected by this issue. As for your case, we did not detect any irregularities that may qualify your account for such restoration. ."
and closed the ticket. lol
