I have open my founder pack but i dont see where is my pet ?

Information on the Founder’s Pack exclusives and TP:
"4. The Hoglan companion is obtainable in-game from Companion Traders for 453,600 Silver. The purchasers of Access Pass 1 will be provided with a Hoglan Voucher that can be exchanged at the Companion Traders. "
So i have to talk to companion trader and he will be free ?

maybe just lag~ I got the pet thingy just fine~~ while talking to a npc~~and he aint got any respond in like 2 min I was disconnected >< have to queue now…haiz
As far as I know, the Companion Trader in Orsha (the city) is buggy, but in Klapedia he’s working fine^^
So you can try buying a warp scroll to Klapedia to get your pet
