I have read the news, but i dont see the option to download the game, any idea where it will be open?
We’ve already requested Valve, Steam to reopen TOS for new users.
Once the Valve implements our request, we promise that we will be performing
the " Reopening All Servers for New Players "

How to install the game via “Steam”
Win key + R and paste steam://install/372000
This opens the console command and from there you paste that line it will start to download the game.

Hi @torrentereguero11 ! We would like to inform you that you can download the game via Steam. Unfortunately, you cannot play the game as we were having temporary restriction for new players due to persisting issues that needs to be addressed.
Moreover, we just recently announced that we have already requested Valve to re-open the game for new players. For now, kindly keep an eye for further announcement regarding this matter. Though we are unable to give you an exact timetable, rest assured that it will be anytime soon.
