Where is the compensation +4 days of token for [SA]Silute players?

I think many people don’t received the +4 days of token as compensation due the problems occured on [SA] Silute server.

Apparently no one knows and theres still issues… high ping like, it jumps from 100 to 1xxxxxxxx??? constantly, some maps wont load unless you use a vpn with a brazilian server and yes i tried with 3 different ISP and none of them work.

So… this might not be enough

And if you are wondering Tenet Church F1 is the map that i was force to use vpn

Edit: and now all channels are getting closed

Compensation? i dont want compensation i just want play my game…

IMC, plz fix Silute or closed this server.

Silute actually have problems since last week and a lot of players lost more than 7 days of token, imc said would give us 4 days but nothing till now.

Hello. It seems there was a mistake in extending the Token time; thank you for bringing it to our attention. The Token time extension has been fixed now.
