That’s not a real zone.
The Mirtis helmet actually drops from a story boss. The final boss of crystal mines floor 3. You should get to it somewhere around level 20-30.
I’m not sure if it also can drop from missions.

And that’s a problem (a minor problem).
Many players want to collect every hat, they should be lootable only on normal monsters/world boss (or at 100% on story boss). This is trully frustrating when Mirtis don’t drop its helmet 
I don’t think so, those bosses should be able to be fought again.
