Agreed, I actually posted a longer winded thread along these lines as well. The lag is out of control. The game needs to be playable. Period.

Steam is really clever with their refund policy.
- Opened your founder’s pack? No refund.
- Had the game opened for more than 2 hours? No refund.
As if 2 hours is enough to judge whether you’re satisfied with what you purchased or not.

The services of transferring your Team/Character or unopened DLC Pack to Fedimian server (The EU server) are currently under development. The official start and the details of these services will be posted on our official website soon.

As for your specific situation, unfortunately, used, applied or opened items/benefits/TP cannot be transferred. We apologize for any inconvenience, it might have caused.
However, if the DLC pack has not been opened in your Inventory, it might be able to be transferred.
