i’m pretty sure it drops from one of bosses if you do quests in location or 2 before mausoleum: either Zachariels’s crossroads or King’s Plateau.
Well . i got it 5min ago . it was at Royal Mousoleum 1st floor 
Where does the quest start on the first floor? I did everything in there and never got a recipe. Is it a random chance?
