Where do I go from here? :/ (Build Help)

Hello! It’s my first time to create a cleric, currently Cleric C2> Priest C1 now, and decided to follow this guide: http://www.tosbase.com/tools/skill-simulator/build/bfpy3sjemk/

Just that, instead of me going diev, I decided to go as priest because I wanted to go full support, but also do a bit of dps. now I’m contemplating if I go diev for my next rank, or just go priest c2. I still would love to be a paladin, but forums (read some threads) said that priest will not be much of a help throughout the build.

Anyway, I would like to ask if:

  • Is it okay if I go diev or go priest c2 instead?
  • If priest c2, will it still be okay if I go on to paladin?
  • Having a cleric c2 > priest c2 build–assuming i go to this path, what class is considered ‘best’ to go after that? (I currently invest in int and con, and put some points in str)
  • do I have to consider creating a new cleric? ; w;

ugh, thats a smite centered build whit 500 str. dont understand why he would pick incinerate and cure.

too low CON, you will regret, one hits arent fun.

he also recomends catacombs club… you pick 500str for boost smite then get a weapon that boosts magic skills? lacks focus.

If carving scales of p.atack (wich im not sure about) makes alot more sense go paladin3/dievdirvy3

carve scale with p atck. And build INT are better than STR lol IMO. With conviction our multihit skill will raise alot. 500 damage more with all 5 element property attack. Even with no INT my cure and incineration give decent damage. its hard to setup though.
Catacomb still the best club for now ( high P n M atck, HP bonus etc)

Going to priest2 will make you LACK of everything ( this is what i feel ) not enough heal (5x2 tile of heal + LVL 5 mass heal), not enough buff ( LVL 5 revive and no Stone skin), Safety zone not optimal ( 10hit block are not enough believe me), lack of damage. Cleric 2 are mandatory IMO

The build you linked is an int build. I honestly don’t understand why it’s advocating high strength. That said, it isn’t a bad thing if you put some points in strength already. You’re not really far enough along to have ruined your character or anything, and auto attacks will always be your main damage source. Int will benefit your healing immensely though.

I’m actually a little confused about what your build is. You say you’re cleric2 priest 1, and wonder if you can replace deiv with priest 2 when you’ve already taken priest 1 at the circle the build you linked takes deiv?

Going cleric2-priest2-paladin3 should be just fine. Pretty full support, You won’t be very high on the dps charts with only three damage skills, but you’ll never have any parties being unhappy with the giant heals you throw around.
