Where do I get the token TP compensation?

Earlier this week, I bought a 30days token from the TP shop because my 60days token from founder pack has expired. I have check everywhere today and can’t find where to get my 99TP compensation.

Checked:
mail on lobby, only received the 4 exp tome from the extended maintanenace
in game tp icon on upper right corner, nothing there
all characters in game item
actual TP i have

TP sent directly to inventory:
TP compensation will be sent directly to the inventory of each eligible team.

On a sidenote, it will show as “Event TP” in the lounge.
