Alright, read carefully.
There’s a magic circle of anti-gravity at the top left of the map. This circle will activate every X:00 hours, pushing anyone who step on it to a corridor on the right side and at the same time giving a buff that lasts 1 minute.
Cross the corridor until the end where is the chest. From this chest you can get or not this amulet. It resets every 24h, I believe.

but x:00 hours means nobody knows the right hour?
Means any hour at 00. Ex: 2:00am 3:00am etc…

How do you “equip” this on swords and spears? Does it go into the “gem” slots of the weapons or what?
3 amulets are possible per weapon or sub-weapon. Or at least, I think.
You don’t need gem sockets, but it will lose 1 potential per amulet.
Oh, yeah. And removed amulets will disappear.

I didn’t say cuz it’s not how it works.
Everyone who has the buff while interacting with the chest will get at least one item, though I have already received 2 once. (2 String Amulets.)
