Rexipher spawns in Thaumas Trail, Salvia Forest, Sekta Forest, Rasvoy Lake, Ouaas Memorial, and Maven Abbey.

Moreover, they are 280m-ish hp and 500k cube rerolls with a very slim chance of getting a card and more chance of getting talts.
