This is the first game I have played that I cannot even get a simple reply by the customer service staff. I emailed, posted, sent message and support tickets but none of these were replied
As I said in the previous post, I accidentally added wrong stats after I used 2 stat reset potions. I was sleepy at that time and mistook Str for Con. I added 100 Str on my plague doctor character, which does not need any Str. This was just like I accidentally deleted my character because it was ruined.
Since a wrongly deleted character can be restored, I don’t know if this game allows staff to help me restore my character to the time point before I use the stat reset potion. Or they can just give me another chance to buy the DLC to get another potion. Or if they can do nothing, what about just tell me do I have a chance in the future to get another reset potion (in events, etc) ? Now I can do nothing but give up this game before I get the answer because it is waste of time if I level my character to lvl 280 while there will be no chance to reset stats in the future.
My character is already lvl 242, the previous stats were very good, though not perfect. It is unacceptable that my character was ruined by mistake and I cannot even hear a word from the customer service.
