It happens sometimes, but when i take game crash on a fighting a boss and finish him, i lose the items to finish the quest and it can’t be remade alone so you will stay stuck on story quests, i only can proceed with someone on party share me at the same quest point ! i think that if you can return the Quest from beginning it solve everything! Thx for your time IMC! and sorry my poor english !
If you have this problem once again, you can abandon your quest and reactivate it. It worked fine for me ;).
