given the current speed of everything and the fact that they still have to make C3 skills for previously released Rank 8 Classes, my guess is that it comes out between July and October [my guess is September, but if they speed it up, it might come out earlier].
Of course it could come out earlier, but I doubt it, because they have to fix the ET issue[i.e. add a hard mode to ET and make runs weekly] and GVG[better rewards] first to stop the player bleeding on all servers.
what I think will happen:

January - first half of February: Wizard Rebalancing announcement+update

March - April : GVG improvements(as the new rewards are currently on halt, getting reevaluated it seems), ET improvements (as they’re long announced but have yet to be implemented)

June- July : some new grinding content to keep players do meaningless stuff, maybe new levelcap+lore

September- October: new Rank 10 update
This is ± what’s to be expected by IMC, but given they changed the pacing a little, it’s hard to predict when and what will come out.
I guess they’ll shoot their leg if they bring out new Classes before the Rank update [unless they’re already fully designed, with C3, what I already suspect of Zealot/Matador/Bullet Marker, given they talked about the whole Class, including C3 in the question&answer developer interview ], so chances are slim, but it’s not impossible.
The greatest improvement would be a Rank update in summer (July-August) to make the game more interesting and offer something for the people who usually go on vacation/go outside during summer to do till the wintertime update. Let’s see what they’re planning to do.
