When will IMC solve this issue?

Date and Time(Please, specify the timezone) : Since I used the option to return to previous rank, and problem persists for almost two weeks. I already sent 3 tickets with no response of when this will be solved.

Server Name: Silute

Team Name: Satine

Character Name: Fairy

Bug Description : After use the option to return to previous rank (from rank 9) and become another class, the game shows my character with 10 ranks and I’m not able to use any type of rank reset voucher.
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Return to previous rank on a rank 9 character
  2. Turn into another class on rank 9
  3. Try to use any kind of rank reset vouchers
  4. Notice on character info will be showing 10 ranks at rank 9

I have a friend with the same issue. He can’t use Rank reset.

It’s been almost 2 weeks and no response at all from IMC, this is frustrating…
Ask your friend to post it on forum too, maybe this way it will be solved quickly.
