I have a Wiz build of Wiz 3 - Ele 3 - Rune - Enchanter (Ice & Lightning skill specialty)
So basically the only thing great about Freezing Sphere is it does greater damage than Wiz’s Energy bolt. (So I didn’t get the Energy Bolt skill)
But as the name implies at least IMC can improve the skill and be a bit useful. XD
Hail can freeze but Freezing Sphere can’t.
If it starts to freeze, you turn ice bolt useless.
I would be glad if it had some other cool effect tho, like counting as missile attack or something.

So because one ability/class freezes means no others can? 
they should fix it that if elementalist has taken cryo3 path his ice/freeze abilities are amplified
No… But then we should just name it Stronger Ice bolt, cause that’s what it would be…
Give it an attribute - chance to knockdown. I mean, if you get hit by a ball of ice in the head that’s likely to happen.
