When to reset dungeons? + EXP Tome

As many of us know, we were rewarded with several “Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher”.

According to few leveling guides i saw, in my opinion the best moment to use them all would be when being lvl 160 as you are supposed to keep spaming lvl 145 dungeon because 160’s exp is a joke.

What do you think? When would it be the best moment?

Also what do you think about EXP tomes?

Word on the street is that quests apparently stop at 240 for the time being. They’ll be added to in the future, but that means the 240 dungeon will be a very important thing. I’m saving most of mine for that.
