When the Transfer to SA server will happen, can i play in the american server while it is not transferd?

So, the SA server still offline, my char still in the American server, can i play normally until they transfer? or my progress will be lost? they didn’t even read my ticket yet…

just wanna know if I can play while transfer process runs.
