When the information about rank8 are revealed?

Now, i’m wiz3 ele3 and i’m so confuse to make a decision for rank7. I’m interested in the cyro skill(ice tree) but i need to go rank9 at least. I heard that warlock is not ok.
So, i wanna know about rank8 information to decision my own build.

What do you think about my opinion (wiz3+ele3+cyro3+??1)? Or warlock is better.

Can you tell me about the advantage of Rune when combine with ele3?
I know nothing.

All of rune caster skill have casting time so since you get wiz3. RC are good. +the costumd are cool
