Yeah I also think that its better to release without bugs, but IMC should start the 3rd beta test now for us since we all want to play and help to release the game without bugs or cheats soon as possible.
I agree that we need a beta…but I think it should be the OPEN one now haha… I don’t see too much reason for another closed one.
well to be fair the last “closed beta” was not very closed lol.

…and because I think we rly shouldn’t have that big bugs now and the little ones that will come up should be easily fixed in an open beta…and then we are rdy for release…imo but even if some big bugs would come up… there can be a wipe after an open beta too…so yeah…Imo we are rdy for the open beta but if we get another “closed” XD I won’t complain either. At least I could test my character more lol.

After the last cbt, they had a massiv eamount of “i want to go in” … to suit these amounts.
They need servers an dpersonal for that.
And the worst, everyone that games now. Will be likely to be turned off from the bugs, cheats and hacks. Some idiots just need to try out. Or by the extrem unbalance (which they are shouting at my ears for every class now).
THEY want to make the next cbt or obt, something that can make PR for them.

Since they are publishing through Steam it wouldnt be out of the question to do a Early Access type deal, pretty much the same as a CBT imo.

Considering it would take a week or even a month for casual me to get to rank 7, I say nay to another closed beta. For all I know the only bugs that is a threat to me are the type of bugs that forcefully closes the game (i.e IPF, boss blue projectiles).
I guess they can always have an early access for those who played in the previous betas if it could ease some problems if they reeeaaally want a great first impressions from the newbies.
EDIT: I reread it and made it sound like its only about me. Of course what I said goes to others too.

Char skills, attributes, buffs and nerfs still ongoing.
They’re still searching for they’re own “right builds to be possible”.
Archer is heavily buffed atm.

Silver making bugs?
We had people with +40 weapons. (200matk weapon+600 matk upped …yeah)
Literally farmed silver and upped like crazy, like with the bugs at some events or spawnrates with messe dup aggro.
The chances are low for that stuff … but it happens. And it was even still ther ein the realesed ktos… then they fixed it.
Cause some players found out, that people had massive amounts of siler…

Well yeah…true… XD …and I still hope for a stat balance/revamp too but I’m afraid that’s more and more unlikely…
The reason I think a CBT is more appropriate than an OBT is that most of the time data is not wiped going from OBT to release. If they do decide to go with an OBT with a wipe at the end, they will need to make it VERY clear that data will be wiped because most players today will assume OBT=no wipe.
The last iCBT had countless critical exploits and a ridiculous amount of Z-farmers/botters that would have completely discouraged any legit players if iCBT was not wiped.
If IMC they say they are not going to do a wipe after OBT, then it turns out they do need to do a wipe due to some rampant exploit - people are going to be pretty pissed.
If IMC is close to 100% sure that they are not going to have to do any major rollbacks or wipes, then maybe I would support an OBT. But after the last iCBT I don’t really have enough faith in that.

Maybe I’m rly too optimistic…haha I was just thinking about that they would fix all the bugs we knew in icbts and then everything should be fine… X) but because some problems are still existing in kToS it’s unlikely that it will go that smoothly…
Uhuh. Because the first few people who found the bug were very open about it right? Its just a matter of time until a good guy tells IMC about it. For the sake of ToS I hope they can rollback.

Every map isnt even released/revealed, so nonetheless we might even have to deal with that bug later.
Bug abusing weapon upgrades above 10 shouldnt even be a major problem. That wont even make it far when it comes to market and trading. Note that random people can open up your equipment and see everything. This wont even affect everyone. I’d say it isnt even worth for a CBT for these worrying bugs. I challenge you to find more major bugs to convince me.
Open beta is fine for this as it patches the final problems. I dont know how their spaghetti codes work, but wont both of kToS and iToS have the same codes too? Meaning what they are having now is what we will having too. If not then that just makes my points weaker…

i just hope when they make next international it is a no wipe thing, dont mind if its open beta or release directly.
also i hope theres no “lottery” stuff, dont like “randoms” with 70% chances of bad, 25% of mid and 5% of good, kinda hating the hat upgrade thing, so many 1 buff onlys, and with stuff like +sp.

I really hope it going to be March 2016 for international OBT.
Everything that have a gap with Korean version that greater than 3 months is unacceptable, I hope the announcement to be made mid of February.
