@STAFF_Amy Got any idea?
Already gearing up for it.
These updates are going to be applied to our kTOS test server in April of 2017, and will likely arrive in iTOS in the early summer of 2017. We’ll make sure to announce any further details or modifications as they come up.
Watch the developments on KTOS, it may give us an indication on when it will arrive here. My guess is mid July.
Currently still in ktest, most recent update on the 2nd, so probably not for a while. Might as well get all the re-balancing done and release one patch than to do it over multiple patches.
I’m guessing they are putting updates through to kToS to gather further opinions. (I’m guessing a lot more people play kToS than the ktest servers.)
(Bleh, can’t wait for it to be implemented though, faster earlier leveling and it helps me find out whether or not I can make a character. There’s multiple fun builds I want to do but without knowing whether or not they’ll be at-least on par with other classes I can’t be bothered to make it right now. (Good thing though, got exams coming up until the end of June.))
(Don’t fancy making a none support class that has less power than a support class)
If you’re already gearing up,why are you even opening a thread for it? Just PM the Staff you want to ask and done.
This useless thread-opening/ forum-flooding is just spam.
IMC will not release any infos prior to the developers blog entries or GM sessions, point.
Rough estimate was already given [i.e. early summer; summer starts at 21st of June so anywhere between then and end of July can be the rough estimate]
so why asking for more details? Start reading the developers blog entries and be content with what is published there.
I did read it, but early summer is not as specific as i’d like to know. Didn’t know I could pm staff though huehue.
If they told us from 21st June to 4th of July, I’d be happier and could plan a little more the summer.
lol no1 knows dude, you thought someone had secret information? IMC probably don’t even know lmao.
They got a ton of crap before for giving a more specific date for a different patch and not being able to finish in time. I’m sure they’re trying to avoid the wrath of angry players while reducing the stress of having a deadline.
They are working hard on it right now secretly and will tell you in one of their press conferences more than likely 6 months from now. You got to make sure to hype it up like the game is going to be something amazing and new to come back and play.
They don’t know. If they knew, they’d tell us.
Devs usually don’t announce anything unless they’re 100% sure of the release date, and it’s pretty difficult to be 100% sure.
They’re still testing, modifying things, working on it. If they gave a more precise date, even if it’s an estimation, people would consider it as the official date and would then get impatient and mad if in the end something goes wrong and they can’t keep this estimation. That’s why they gave such a broad term “Early Summer”.
They’ll announce a more precise date when they’ll be ready.
By the way, the communication staff doesn’t know this kind of things. Only the devs can truly know, and even if they hope they can release at a certain point, things don’t always go your way when it’s about this kind of things.
