When i select a server "the client has been shutdown due to an error."

Character Name:all of my characters

Bug Description : i have tried deleting my xml files and verifying still didnt work i have also tried checking the release revision and checking the latest patch still no luck
have also tried copying from my friend’s TOS
have also updated my graphics card driver
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. clicking server
  2. cant play

1 - Execute like admin cmd (right button over the cmd symbol) and copy this:
cmd: bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVA 2800

2 - Press enter
3 - Then restart the pc

oh thanks it fixed the problem now. now i can log in. it only appears when there is a lot of people in town
also i crash when i change map it just automatically exits
