When are you addressing White Screen problem?

I sent a ticket in over a week ago, the staff replied saying they were aware of the issue and would make an announcement when it is fixed. You closed my ticket so I couldn’t reply, and you haven’t told anyone else on forums about the fact you are aware of the issue. It is now April 8th. I still have not been able to play AT ALL. I can not get past this white screen.

If you can’t take the time to make a post in forum or the website in due time, I’ll just go over to steam for a refund. This is ridiculous. You’d think that with many players experiencing this problem LOGGING IN, the issue would be an important one to work on, but go ahead and keep patching everyone else’s problems, open up some more servers for the people who can log in.

We paid for early access, yet it seems like you just took our money and gave us a game still in beta. I understand problems and hiccups that come with opening a new mmorpg, but honestly, it doesn’t look like you did much testing at all and to even charge people to deal with these problems should be a crime.

I paid to get onto this game over a week ago. I haven’t even been able to log into the game 1 single time. I know for a fact this issue has been around since beta testing. I also know for a fact that I am not the only one experiencing this issue. What is wrong with this game team that they can’t even address this?

My patience is running.
