What's the title of this ToS OST and where's it being played in the game?

I haven’t played the game for a long time and I came across this ToS video with a definite ToS Themed BGM. Is this a new soundtrack and where was this music played in the game? Tried searching but can’t seem to find (yet). Could someone please help me point out the title of the OST? Thanks in advance.
