i wonder what is the best lvl diference between character and mobs to get the best expy posible to grind, because in some of the towns i dont get the quest i needed to and thast why im grinding like crazy but i earn just 0.1 each kill,… and im killing mobs 7 lvls higher than me…
Well,i would be happy if i would get 0,1% per mob on level 160…
I would say if you stay in the +5 -5range you should be fine.
Example : level 120 = 115 mobs ~ 125mobs

Yes, there is a range of level. if greater than 5 , you take xp penalty 
so… im lvl 124, i have tu hunt creatures of lvl 129? or creatures of lvl 120? O_o btw IGN Vergil Sparda!! 
if your class can manage it try to get enemies in the -5 level range and overkill them, overkill ADDS to the original exp so if you get the maximum of 255% you get 355% exp for those mobs
