long-ass cooldown for a level 1 CC which increases the target’s defense… like ??? the duration is only worthwhile when u have high level of it which noone would… cos there are better points allocated elsewhere…
like has anyone found a good use for it? Lol

It’s the Sleep skill with no hit count limit. (I think?)

This skill is to freeze enemy and run away from them… Hahaha…
Stone Curse is probably the best skill ever released as a debuff skill, only second to that silence-debuff that makes monsters do nothing.
With up to 8 monsters (= a whole mob) disabled, you can take your time killing them without any trouble.
