So Bunshin No Jutsu creates so called clones of yourself. But when they get hit, damage goes to you. and multiply that by the number of clones you have.
If that is the case, then what is the point in clones having hp? Isn’t it so that they can last for the full duration and not simply disappear after getting hit once or a few times by enemies?
So far in all the shinobi videos i have watched, i have yet to see 1 clone…at least one clone disappear after getting hit before the main character dies. but none. its always the main character dying due to overwhelming damage. and only after that, all the clones disappear. And it won’t be much of a clone anyway. Its far worse than meepo’s ultimate skill from dota 2 - each meepo at least have their own hp pool and if one dies, all dies. But the shinobi here…the clones all share that one same hp pool.
Here’s a simple change to the skill and i think its the most logical solution - each clone will have their own hp pool. Their hp pool will be determined by how much dex the main character has. After a clone receives a certain amount of damage, the clone goes ‘poof’ and other clones and the main character remain…unaffected, unharm.
Not gonna discuss about stamina and damage. but i know they must be changed too if the above change will to be adopted. however i mainly want to give my 2 cents on this particular aspect of the mechanics of bunshin no jutsu - the point about clones having hp.
