Has anyone figured out what the “enhancement effectiveness of anvils ^180% increase by” means?

I was wondering the same thing. I think it increases the success rate of anvil, but I don’t know if it is for the manamana or for other items
I think its just get more attack.
It’s like you have increase 18 per enhance level instead of 15 per enhance level.
I tried enhancing my manamana from +3 to +4 (in case the game was buggy enough to not give the buff to enhances prior patch) and it gave the same +8 boost it always gave. It also can’t be a +180% success rate on anvils because it’d be over 100%. I have yet to enhance something using the manamana and see if that boosts anything though
It does nothing. My manamana failed at +6, the enhancement attack bonus is the same, shooting anvils with it still made them fail.
The only thing I could possibly imagine is that it actually gives a +180% bigger increase to Transcendence bonuses and IMC just made the tooltip extremely poorly. That’d actually make sense, since Transcendence is a % increase of the base attack, and Manamana’s base attack is ■■■■.
It increases your anvil enhancement efficiency to 180%.
