What's the difference between Skill Points and Attribute Points

I haven’t played the beta yet and was monkeying around with a skill simulator and noticed that some had “attribute levels” where some scaled to 100lv and others took affect at 2lv-5lv ect. What are these attribute points and how do you get them?

Sorry if it’s been asked before, tried search engine in forums and didn’t show much.

Attributes add supplemental effects to skills –
You learn them by buying them with silver from your respective class master. :slight_smile:

Attribute = Use money to learn from NPC, No limit of lv of it as long as you have money. Working as passive.

Skill point = Get by level up your job level. Limit max 15 for each rank. Use to unlock skill to use.
